2nd floor, corner room, has windows in every room, airy and comfortable, the wind flows all day, no direct sunlight at all, not hot either, very good atmosphere. I saw trees all around.
Fully furnished with all electrical appliances, smart led TV in both rooms, built-in washing machine and dryer, large refrigerator.
The room can be taken by elevator. Or walk up the stairs from the lobby through the lounge on the 2nd floor to enter the room. It's always a private living room haha.
Letting go for only 21,000/month is very cheap.
